The project is a housing estate in Nakhon Phanom district. As there is no touching scenery on the site, the planning concept was created to make the courtyard as large as possible. The square courtyard was placed beside the living and dining area, which has sliding glass doors on double-volumn space, providing a seamless transition from inside to outside.

The planing was designed with linear space alongside the road to provide a more parking space area, also layout housing unit fliping to maintain privacy space between each other unit to provide greater privacy.
