Considering that the Mekong River runs alongside the project.But paralell with a small road, the house was laid along to the bank and the owner's main living area was placed on the second story for the best view and more solitude.

The design also takes living comfort into account. The living room and master bedroom are protected from the midday heat by an open court, which also serves as a means of hiding from nearby houses.

The ground floor will serve for official visitors and areas for family members or close friends. The living area and the front garden are intended to connected. A low fence was designed to be simply used as the front yard enclosure that maintain the feel of the waterfront.
